Staying at The Sagrīta was a truly pleasant and relaxing experience in the middle of a vibrant city like Delhi. The hotel offers a calm, clean, and beautifully designed environment that makes you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and thoughtfully decorated, with comfortable beds and excellent amenities. The atmosphere is peaceful, which is perfect after long days of sightseeing. The staff is extremely kind, professional, and always willing to help with transportation, recommendations, and any request. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to major attractions while still being quiet and safe. I would absolutely recommend The Sagrīta to anyone visiting New Delhi who is looking for comfort, tranquility, and great service. I would gladly stay here again.

LaSagrita has been the best hotel I have ever been. It is quietly located and surrounded by green and birds in the midst of chaotic Delhi. The cleanest room and bathroom on our 2-week trip. Most friendly staff. And excellent service and food. One night, they opened their restaurant just for the two of us and had us select a la carte, prepared very nice, tasty dishes just for us. Helpful and welcoming in every respect. I'd always go exactly here again (and nowhere else) if in Delhi.

It makes me very sad to write this review. This was clearly once a high quality hotel but has taken a downturn. The staff were very unmotivated, dirty napkins and ashtrays were still on the outside tables at breakfast time. The breakfast offer was very poor, and one morning there was no buffet laid out at all. The evening menu was over priced and somewhat bland. The location was quiet and safe but the hotel was over priced for what was on offer, and definitely does not meet the standardsof a 4 star hotel.. I hope the owners are able to turn this establishment around.

I looked forward to staying at La Sagrita on my 3 day booking in mid October, since I had been a regular guest there pre covid and was excited about a return to this boutique hotel in a great location. But what I found was hugely disappointing on my recent visit with two friends, one of whom had also been a guest with me on multiple earlier visits and shared my disappointment. In short, this hotel is living on its laurels,----staff hospitality is no longer recognizable compared to earlier visits---fewer staff, skeletal breakfast offerings compared to earlier stays, and mechanical issues with power forced a room change, with no mention of adjusting the bill accordingly. More importantly, the staff were curt, almost rude, rather than hospitable and accommodating which earlier was the norm at La Sagrita and had made this hotel such a special place to visit. In short, I'll be booking elsewhere in Delhi on future visits, and so sad to have to find Delhi hospitality elsewhere----

We had a truly lovely stay at this boutique hotel. It’s thoughtfully designed and built with so much love—you can feel it in every detail. The location is perfect, tucked away just enough to be calm and quiet, yet super close to everything. The service was warm and attentive, and we felt completely comfortable and relaxed throughout our stay. Highly recommended if you're looking for a peaceful, well-located place with charm.

The location is perfect and hotel is clean Good services. The locality is secure for travelling late also. Security guard is present all around the day and night 24/7 with proper record. Visited as couple and had a great experience in and around the area

Place was very nice and safe. Food was home cooked and fresh . It tasted really good , the rooms were well maintained and not a speck of dirt or insects were found to be present The Ahujas are beautiful and wonderful hosts. Mr. Joseph was a great host. Staff was very friendly and helpful

We attended a wedding in New Delhi and found this place through a Google search. The wedding planner had booked this hotel for other family members, and we decided to stay here as well. Overall, I would rate it 4/5. Location: The hotel is located near the zoo, in a very quiet area. Despite being close to a major road, you don’t hear the traffic, which was a nice surprise. The location is great, with the zoo and Humayun's Tomb nearby, and the railway station is just a 10-minute taxi ride away, making it convenient for trips to Agra. Many guests here are from outside India, which speaks to the property’s popularity for international visitors. Check-in & Room: Check-in was smooth. We had already paid in full, and the front desk had all the details ready. We also had a WhatsApp number for easy communication. The room was spacious, and the AC worked very well. We didn’t spend much time in the room since we were out most of the day, but it was comfortable. Breakfast: The breakfast was simple, which I didn’t mind, but there were issues with timing and service. The breakfast was supposed to start at 7:30 AM, but they didn’t always meet that time. With only two people cooking, there was a long wait for food. The staff wasn’t very receptive to communication through the kitchen door, and they didn’t visit our table. While the staff was friendly, the breakfast service could definitely be improved. This is why I’m not rating it 5/5. Food: The food quality was good but quite expensive compared to restaurants outside the hotel. My sincere advice would be to eat out and just come back here to sleep. Conclusion: Overall, this property offers a quiet and comfortable stay in a great location. The service could be improved, especially at breakfast, but it’s still a solid choice for travelers, especially those visiting the nearby attractions.
